A single room
A bathroom remodel, one room cleared to the walls, or a small deck coming off. Tell us which and we bring the container that fits it.

Roll-off dumpsters delivered across the Triangle. We quote the price before the dumpster leaves our yard, and that is the price you pay.
Cubic yards mean nothing until you know what fits inside them. Tell us the job and we will bring the right container.
A bathroom remodel, one room cleared to the walls, or a small deck coming off. Tell us which and we bring the container that fits it.
A kitchen strip-out, flooring lifted across a floor, or a garage emptied. The size most home projects actually land on.
A full tear-off on an average home, or a whole house cleared. This is the one our roofing crews book most often.
Large renovations, new construction and commercial sites. Needs a decent run of driveway or somewhere on site to sit.
Not sure? Tell us the job on the phone and we will size it for you. If a smaller dumpster does the work, we will say so.
The complaint people have about this industry is not the price. It is that the price moves. A number over the phone, then a fuel surcharge, then a tonnage overage nobody mentioned.
We quote the whole thing up front: delivery, the hire period, collection and disposal, with the weight allowance stated in the quote rather than buried under it. If your load is going to run over that allowance, we tell you what the extra costs before you book, not after we weigh it.
Call for your flat price. It takes about two minutes and you get a real number, not a range.

Boards go under the wheels and the rails on every single delivery. Concrete and asphalt both mark under the weight of a loaded roll-off, and that damage is yours to live with afterwards. We would rather spend the two minutes.
Tell the driver where the work is happening and the doors face the right way. It sounds small until you are carrying tear-off waste an extra thirty feet.
Call and we rotate it out. On roof tear-offs we schedule the swap in advance so your crew never waits.
Not the size. Describe what you are clearing and we will work out which dumpster fits it.
One number covering delivery, the hire, collection and disposal, with the weight allowance stated.
Usually next day. Boards down, doors facing your work, collected when you are done.
The standard hire runs seven days. If the job runs long, call us before the week is out and we will extend it. Nobody gets charged for a day they did not know about.
Paint, fuel, oil, tires, batteries, asbestos and anything else classed as hazardous. Appliances with refrigerant need handling separately. If you are unsure about something, ask before it goes in rather than after.
Not if it sits on your own driveway. If it has to go on the street, Raleigh requires a right-of-way permit, and we will tell you that before delivery rather than leaving you to find out.
We put boards down under the wheels and the rails on every delivery. That is standard on our trucks, not an extra you have to ask for.
Call and we will swap it. On roofing tear-offs we plan the swap in advance so the crew never stops working around a full container.
Tell us what the job is and we will tell you. Ordering too small means a second delivery you pay for, so it is worth two minutes on the phone.
We get on the roof, photograph what is actually there, and hand you a written report with a price. No charge, and no obligation to book the work with us. If the roof has years left in it, that is what the report will say.
Whether you need a roof replacement, roof repair, or annual inspection, we’ve got you covered.
