What you pay for
One price, agreed before we deliver
The complaint people have about this industry is not the price. It is that the price moves. A number over the phone, then a fuel surcharge, then a tonnage overage nobody mentioned.
We quote the whole thing up front: delivery, the hire period, collection and disposal, with the weight allowance stated in the quote rather than buried under it. If your load is going to run over that allowance, we tell you what the extra costs before you book, not after we weigh it.

Boards go under the wheels and the rails on every single delivery. Concrete and asphalt both mark under the weight of a loaded roll-off, and that damage is yours to live with afterwards. We would rather spend the two minutes.
We place it where you need it
Tell the driver where the work is happening and the doors face the right way. It sounds small until you are carrying tear-off waste an extra thirty feet.

Call and we rotate it out. On roof tear-offs we schedule the swap in advance so your crew never waits.

How long can I keep the dumpster?
The standard hire runs seven days. If the job runs long, call us before the week is out and we will extend it. Nobody gets charged for a day they did not know about.
What cannot go in it?
Paint, fuel, oil, tires, batteries, asbestos and anything else classed as hazardous. Appliances with refrigerant need handling separately. If you are unsure about something, ask before it goes in rather than after.
Do I need a permit?
Not if it sits on your own driveway. If it has to go on the street, Raleigh requires a right-of-way permit, and we will tell you that before delivery rather than leaving you to find out.
Will it damage my driveway?
We put boards down under the wheels and the rails on every delivery. That is standard on our trucks, not an extra you have to ask for.
What if I fill it before the job is done?
Call and we will swap it. On roofing tear-offs we plan the swap in advance so the crew never stops working around a full container.
How do I know which size I need?
Tell us what the job is and we will tell you. Ordering too small means a second delivery you pay for, so it is worth two minutes on the phone.
