Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Lamar Homes Roofing & Construction (also operating as Lamar Homes Corporation), 3700 Western Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27606. They cover your use of lamarhomes.net and any inspection, estimate or service request you make through it. Work we actually perform is governed by the written contract or proposal you sign with us, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

Using the website

You may use the site to learn about our services, request an inspection or quote, and contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no scraping, no attempting to access systems you are not authorized to, no submitting false information, and no using it for anything unlawful.

Estimates, calculators and guides

The cost estimator, roof calculators and guides on this site produce planning figures, not quotes. They are based on typical North Carolina conditions and the information you enter. Your actual price depends on an on-site inspection and is only fixed once it is in a written proposal you have signed. We are not bound by a figure from a calculator.

Booking an inspection

Free inspections are free. There is no charge for us to visit, assess the roof and give you a written report, and no obligation to hire us afterwards. We ask that you give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Emergency call-outs are also free to attend; any work we do on the visit, such as fitting a tarp, is quoted before we start.

Insurance claims

Where you ask us to help with a storm or damage claim, we will document the damage and provide reports and photographs to you and, with your permission, your adjuster. We do not act as your insurer, adjuster or legal representative, and we cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved. Decisions about coverage rest with your insurance company.

Financing

Financing is offered through Service Finance Company, LLC, an independent lender. When you apply, you deal with them directly under their own terms. We do not make credit decisions, set rates or see your application. Approval is not guaranteed.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer under their terms. Any workmanship warranty we offer is set out in your signed proposal. Nothing on this website extends or modifies either.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and tools on this site belong to Lamar Homes or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, copy or use our content commercially without written permission.

Third-party links

The site links to other websites, including our financing partner and review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Information on the site is general and is not a substitute for an inspection of your specific property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Lamar Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. This does not limit liability for work performed under a signed contract, which is governed by that contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Wake County, North Carolina.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
