Durham has a wider spread of housing ages than most of the Triangle. Do you serve Durham and Durham County?
Yes. Durham is a short drive from our Raleigh office and we cover the city along with the surrounding Durham County area.
My Durham house is older. Does that change a roof replacement?
It can. Older homes are more likely to carry a second layer of shingles from a past overlay, which adds tear-off time, and the decking underneath is more likely to need repair once it is exposed. We flag both at the inspection rather than mid-job.
My Durham roof already has two layers. Can it be repaired?
Usually yes, but tracing the leak takes longer because water can travel between the layers. We tell you that before starting rather than after.
Who issues the roofing permit in Durham?
