Last updated September 8, 2026. This explains what we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Lamar Homes Roofing & Construction (also operating as Lamar Homes Corporation) is a roofing and construction contractor based at 3700 Western Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27606. This policy covers lamarhomes.net and the ways you contact us through it. Questions about it go to clients@lamarhomes.net or (984) 224-7182.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book an inspection, request a quote, apply for financing, call, email or fill in a form, we receive what you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about the work you need.
Phone calls. Our main number, (984) 224-7182, is a call-tracking line. Calls may be recorded and logged, along with the number you called from and the time, so we can return missed calls and keep an accurate record of what was discussed. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used. These collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and whether you clicked a phone number or booked a visit.
The tools that collect it
We use Google Tag Manager to load the following: Google Analytics 4 for site usage; Google Ads for measuring our advertising and for remarketing, which means you may see our ads on other sites after visiting ours; and a third-party advertising pixel used for audience measurement. Our booking calendar and contact forms run on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which is also our customer relationship system and stores your contact details when you submit them.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. Google's is at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google's advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and carry out the work you ask for, send quotes and invoices, support insurance claims where you have asked us to, follow up after a visit, and let you know about services or offers we think are relevant. We also use the automatic data to see which pages and ads bring people to us and to fix things that are not working.
We do not sell your personal information.
When we share it
With the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf. With your insurer or adjuster when you have asked us to help with a claim. With subcontractors or suppliers only to the extent needed to complete your job. And where the law requires it.
Financing. Our financing option is provided by Service Finance Company, LLC. When you click through to apply, you leave our site and the information you enter goes directly to them under their own privacy policy. We do not see your credit application.
How long we keep it
Customer records, quotes, photographs of your roof and job documentation are kept for as long as we may need them to honor a warranty, support a claim, or meet our tax and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default settings, currently 14 months for Google Analytics.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or telling us. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, may then not work.
North Carolina residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights. Contact us and we will honor them.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our site and access controls on our systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
